Privacy Notice

1. Overview
Team Planner is a self-hosted product. It runs entirely inside the customer's own infrastructure. This notice describes the very limited information we receive.
2. What we receive
Exhaustive list: (a) Server ID (a random UUID generated by the installation), (b) License ID (a code we issued), (c) Installation mode (Free/Trial/Paid/Locked), (d) Active user count (integer), (e) Active team count (integer), (f) App version (string), (g) Timestamp. Nothing else. No user names, no emails, no team names, no event content, no calendar data, no personal data of any kind.
3. Why we receive it
To validate licenses, detect license sharing (same license ID from multiple Server IDs), and to know our product is being used. Aggregate counts help us plan our roadmap. That's it.
4. How to opt out
From the admin console, disable the "Send periodic usage heartbeat" toggle. Essential licensing events (installation, license activation, mode changes) are always sent — these are required for the licensing system to function.
5. What we don't do
We do not sell data. We do not share data with any third party. We do not track individual users. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
6. Cookies on this website
This marketing site uses only strictly necessary cookies (for language preference). No tracking, no analytics.
7. Data controller
For any personal data within your Team Planner installation, you (the customer organization) are the sole data controller. We have no access to it and are not a processor for it.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR, KVKK, and similar frameworks, you have the right to know what we hold, request deletion of the telemetry data associated with your Server ID, and to opt out at any time.
