Team Planner is a self-hosted software product distributed as a Docker image. This document governs your use of the software.
Upon receiving a valid license from us (trial or paid), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to run Team Planner on infrastructure you control, for the duration and within the limits specified in the license.
You may not: (a) share, sublicense, or transfer your license key to any third party; (b) run more than one installation from a single license without written approval; (c) reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass the licensing mechanism; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.
The free tier is provided without a license and does not grant any rights beyond those explicitly stated: up to 20 users, up to 2 teams, no identity or HR integrations. Free tier use is provided as-is, without warranty or obligation on our part.
Team Planner and all associated intellectual property remain the property of us. You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Team Planner.
Team Planner is self-hosted. We do not receive, store, or process any customer data other than the license telemetry described in our Privacy notice. You are the sole controller of all data within your installation.
Support level is defined by your license tier and is not a substitute for infrastructure operations, which remain your responsibility.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the license fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Your license terminates automatically on expiration or upon breach of these terms. On termination, you must stop using the software but you may retain and export your data.
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul. (placeholder — adjust when the business entity is registered)
